Top cashback has 15% back on some categories at Lowes. It may only apply to the amount you put on your credit card, not the gift card though.

The $150 gift card doesn’t have to be a Lowe’s gift card, it appears it could be any type.

You could buy the $20 – 200 everywhere, $20 – 500 visa gift card in the store. But only load $150 onto it.

You can buy $20-$200 Five Back, Visa Debt, Master Card, and those everywhere ones if still available or even $20-$500 master debt gift card (golf one), but remember only load $150 onto it!!!
That way, it satisfies the requirements. We shall see how this will pan out.

I doubt it will work in store, at best you argue with a manager or chat agent and they give you a lowes GC…. Not sure its worth the hassle.

I just tried to buy my second one. I used different emails and different phone numbers. I also used different billing address.
I also used a different IP address on a secondary WiFi in incognito mode.
Not sure what triggered it.
“ This e-mail is to notify you that we were unable to verify and complete your recent online Gift Card order ( # xxxxxxxx ). As such, your order has been cancelled.”
