We have the classic squash & apples, of course, but also candied pecans, cardamom cookies, and ginger milk, along with mains like a spatchco*ck chicken or a dramatic whole roasted cauliflower. Whether you're new to low histamine eating or have adopted it as a lifestyle, there's a delicious low histamine holiday dish here for you.
